Party in a Bag
Take a gift bag or shoebox wrapped in birthday wrapping paper, and fill it with birthday party supplies for a low-income child! This is a great project for an elementary school classroom or Scout troop.
Include cake mix, frosting, balloons, party hats, plates, napkins, tablecloths, party favors, candles, and party decorations. You can also add any other items you think of that will help make it a fun-filled birthday party. It’s fun to pack a box according to a theme, like Harry Potter, Barbie, or Scooby-Doo.
