Board Member, Co-Founder, and CFO, received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, and a Certified Public Accountant diploma from Illinois. His early career was as a Systems Engineer on the Apollo Moon Mission guidance systems. He has experience as a public accountant and management consultant for “Big 6” accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand (now Price, Waterhouse, Coopers); and as treasurer and board member for a not-for-profit national membership organization. He has managed a publishing house operation. He has published material on management information systems and cost accounting. He has been listed in “Who’s Who in Finance and Industry”; “Who’s Who Worldwide”; "Covington Who's Who"; and has also received an award as Citizen of the Week from WBBM – Chicago. He has served for forty years and continues to serve as the Secretary and Administrator for an eight figure charitable investment trust. He has recently retired from the Theosophical Society in America as their Chief Financial Officer, is now serving as their National Treasurer, and is serving full-time as the Chief Financial Officer for the Humanitarian Service Project.

Kristin graduated from The College of Saint Rose in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art. Kristin’s career experience includes managing the daily warehousing operations for Ryder Integrated logistics and Eastman Kodak Company for the Midwest distribution facility. Kristin was responsible to maintain inventory integrity, SOX compliance and internal / external audit processes. Kristin is working with the CFO to manage the day to day operations within the programs serviced through HSP: Senior Citizen Project, Children’s Project, and Christmas Offering. Through relationship building with new and existing sponsor groups such as clubs, schools, churches and private donors she is working with the HSP team on increasing the people serviced within the program.

Cheryl is an active speaker for HSP and has represented us at all levels to help bring in support, financial as well as in-kind gifts. A registered representative for the New York Stock Exchange, Cheryl is also a marketing professional for institutional clients (pensions, insurance companies). She is also a member of the Board of Review for the Boy Scouts of America (Village of Hinsdale). Cheryl is also past president of the Monroe Middle School PTO (Hinsdale).

CEO of National Van Lines, Inc., honored as the 23rd largest certified woman-owned business in the United States by DiversityBusiness.com. Crain’s Chicago Business named National Van Lines as the 8th largest woman-owned business in Chicago. Maureen also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Moving and Storage Association and is a Director of the Household Goods Carriers Bureau. As Immediate Past Chairman of the American Cancer Society Board of DuPage County (IL), she is an advocate for women’s health issues. She is the Chairman of the Board of Aspire, a Trustee of Benedictine University, and an Associate at Northwestern University. She also serves on the Board of Governors for the Executive Breakfast Club of Oak Brook. She is featured in Margaret Heffernan’s book on successful women and is recognized for her expertise in employee retention and sound business practices. Maureen regularly speaks at industry conventions and shares her approach to management as a conference speaker/panelist.
